What is your return policy?

All products are quality checked before postage, so no item sold will be faulty or damaged. If the item is too small or too large we are happy to do an exchange on a different size, if the item is still in stock. Otherwise we are more than happy to offer a store credit or full refund.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unworn and returned in the original condition with the tags still attached and proof of purchase shown in a written email to us. The postage for exchange will be at the buyer's expense. Our exchange and return policy is 14 days.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

Every order is sent an email confirming they placed it, with a following email saying your order has been shipped including a tracking number.

If your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks of receiving the second email, please send us an email or fill out our form on the "contact us" page and we can help you find were it is at.
